On March 15^th, the First Henan Charity Award Commendation Congress was held by the People’s Government of Henan Province in Zhengzhou. Vice Governor Sun Yunfeng and other leaders attended the congress. A total of 88 award-winning collectives and individuals were commended on the congress. The Education Development Foundation of Zhengzhou University was rated as  "Excellent Charity Organization". Chen Ying, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Foundation, attended the Congress.
